Go Yankees!

Yankees win the World Series on my first night in New York. Good sign? I’ll say yes!

So, I’m running around today to find a “rent-paying job,” as my mom puts it. Need nailpolish remover, ASAP. Something tells me that black nails (from Halloween) might not go over well in interviews.

My new room is blindingly white. I inherited the previous roommates furniture, which includes a white bookshelf, a white desk and a highlighter pink IKEA roller chair. The walls are also plain white. Bright, plain white.

I can’t wait for my decorative stuff to arrive! My mom is shipping everything on Saturday (you’re a rockstar, mom!), so here’s hoping my eyes survive until then!
